The Tug-a-Jug is a clever, quite wonderful new boredom buster for your dog. Put some favorite treats in the jug and let her at it.

The Tug-a-Jug is a clear, super hard, nontoxic plastic “jug” designed to dispense treats to your dog as she works for them. Scent holes at the bottom of the jug get your dog interested in the toy. Because it’s clear, she can see them, too. A chew rope inserted in the mouth of the jug keeps the treats in or lets them out, depending on its position. A textured rubber ball is also wrapped around the jug’s mouth; this prevents the plastic bottle from cracking at the mouth end where it is most vulnerable and also adds diversion as a chew toy.

Treats are easy to put in the Tug-a-Jug through a large-capacity, screw-off cover at the bottom. Any treat small enough to make it through the neck of the jug will work just fine, but we of course highly reccomend our Paw Lickers Training Treats and Beef Jerky. We like to mix multiple treats in the jug. Washing the jug is easy too, because of the screw-off bottom.
