Do you ship to another country or overseas?
We will happily deliver to any international destination. If any additional shipping charges need to be added, we will contact you after your order is placed. Most international orders sent directly by Paw Lickers LLC are shipped via Global Priority Mail and will usually arrive within our standard two week delivery time, but may take additional time for delivery. We thank you for your patience.

We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs charges. When ordering from outside of the US, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.

What is your delivery time?
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders often ship within 2 business days and our delivery time averages 5 - 7 days depending on the shipping destination for in-stock, however orders may take up to 14 days for delivery. For an additional charge, many items may be shipped via expedited service. Please contact customer service for expedited shipping options and charges.

Please note that customized items, items sent directly from our suppliers and oversize items may take additional time for delivery. Our shipping prices are based on amount of total purchase and orders are charged in full when your order is placed.

In order to offer our wide selection of merchandise, many of our items are shipped from a number of different sources, and items are often shipped in a number of separate packages via Federal Express, UPS and/or the US Postal Service.

What is your standard method of shipping?
Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (domestic), or USPS Global Priority (international). Shipments containing Nina Ottosson toys and assorted other products being shipped within the continental USA may be shipped via UPS Ground due to their weight or dimensions. UPS packages are not deliverable to PO Boxes. We can ship any order via UPS as well, but we ask that you place your order via telephone if you wish to take advantage of this service.

What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges* are based on the total amount of your order. They are as follows:
For orders up to $18, shipping is $6.50
For orders from $19 to $25, shipping is $7.50
For orders from $26 to $45, shipping is $9.50
For orders from $46 to $70, shipping is $11.50
For orders from $71 to $100, shipping is $13.50
For orders from $101 to $125, shipping is $15.50
For orders from $126 to $175, shipping is $20.50
For orders from $176 to $299, shipping is $21.00
For orders from $300+, shipping is $26
*For international shipments, additional charges may apply to standard shipping rates.

Why am I being charged for shipping?
As a small company we unfortunately cannot offer complimentary shipping on our orders. In order to offer our large selection, many of our items are shipped from a number of different sources, and items are often shipped in a number of separate packages. As a result, one order often arrives in more than one shipment which results in having to charge for shipping. Rather than raise our product prices, we have done our best to keep our shipping prices at a minimum while offering the largest selection possible, despite raised rates from UPS, Federal Express and the US Postal Service.

Non-Deliverable, Refused + Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.

Return Policy
Paw Lickers will happily accept qualifying merchandise returns for either replacement, exchange or refund for the purchase price. In some cases we may make a refund of money in lieu of replacement due to logistical constraints, available stock or other concerns. The following guidelines are applicable to all return transactions.

  • Prior to returning merchandise, please e-mail us (pawlickers@aol.com) or call (888) 868-7297 to request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. 
  • Clearly state the reason for return and date of purchase.
  • Write RMA number on outside of box or envelope used to return merchandise to Paw Lickers.
  • Merchandise sent without RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Merchandise shall be returned to the address provided by our customer service representative via email or per your telephone conversation.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment from our warehouse and must be accompanied by a brief written explanation of the reason for return.
  • Return freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
  • Return merchandise in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Merchandise returned may be subject to a restocking charge of 30%.
  • Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of purchase and need not be in original packaging.
  • This Return policy does not alter the right of Paw Lickers to refuse sale to anyone at its discretion. Although any customer may return merchandise for replacement or refund, the expense encountered by repeated returns of good merchandise may warrant future refusal of sales to specific customers in specific situations.
